August 4, 2011: I purchased plans for a Pedal Tiger Moth from the Experimental Aircraft Association online store (eaa.org) for $26.50 including tax and shipping. The plans are licensed through Aviation Products, Inc but are sold at only $20 through EAA rather than $30 at AP, inc.
